We offer a 30-day worry-free return and exchange guarantee from the day you receive your item. If you need to make a return or change a size, please be sure to initiate the request within this time window. If you apply more than 30 days later, we will unfortunately not be able to process it for you. - Return and exchange conditions
In order to ensure that returns and exchanges can pass the review smoothly, the products must meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition and have not been washed, worn or modified.
All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact and returned with the shipment.
Products must have no peculiar smell (such as perfume, smoke) and stains (such as cosmetics, sweat stains).
Please be sure to include your original order receipt or proof of purchase. - Processing process
To initiate an application: Please contact our customer service email (bradley@thehonourableonline.com) first and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Returning an item: Once your request is approved, please package the item properly and mail it to our Returns Processing Center.
Warehouse quality inspection: After we receive the returned package, it will be manually inspected by the quality inspection team.
Complete refund/exchange: After passing the quality inspection, we will process your request immediately. - Timeliness of refund processing
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be refunded via the original payment route. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to be processed, depending on your bank or card issuer’s billing cycle. - Return address
